About the academy

01

How it began

Asmaa Academy for Training was founded on an inspiration from Dr Safwa Al-Ajab, in tribute to the memory of her late mother, Ustatha Asmaa, so that it might stand as a beacon for empowerment and development across the Arab world and Africa. The academy carries a lofty vision: to refine talent, enrich knowledge, and prepare a generation of distinguished leaders and specialists who hold a forward-looking vision and the skills a changing labour market demands.

Clips from our sessions and from our trainers. Training is judged by watching it, not by reading a description of it.

Clips on the way

We are preparing recordings from recent sessions to publish here. Until then, our social accounts carry clips from every cohort.

What we cover

Sixteen training fields, each with its own programmes and tracks.

  1. 01

    Pick your field

Sixteen fields, each with tracks that step up in level.

  2. 02

    Reserve your seat

One published price covering the material, the follow-up and the certificate.

  3. 03

    Join your group

A WhatsApp invite arrives on confirmation, and you meet your trainer and cohort.

  4. 04

    Graduate, and stay

A certificate with a public verification code, and a membership that outlasts the course.

For individuals

Start here

Tell us which field interests you and we will point you to the programme that fits your level and its next cohort — with no commitment.

For organisations

Train your team on what it actually needs

We build the programme around your organisation's need, with examples from your sector, and run it at your premises or online at a time that does not interrupt operations.

How do I join the community?

Joining is free: leave your details and you'll get cohort dates and member pricing. You only pay when you reserve a seat on a course, and that's when your cohort's WhatsApp invite arrives.

Is the certificate accredited and recognised?

The academy issues a certificate of completion for every course, with a serial number and a public verification code any employer can check on our site. Courses that prepare you for an international certificate such as PMP say explicitly that the accreditation comes from the awarding body, not from us.

Which payment methods can I use?

mada, Apple Pay and international credit cards, through a licensed gateway that never stores your card details. Online payment is still being prepared; until it is live we hold your seat over WhatsApp. The published price is what you pay — no certificate issuing fee and nothing appearing later.

What if the course isn't right for me?

You can have a full refund before the cohort starts, under the refund policy in the terms. And if you start and find the level wrong, we move you to the cohort or track that fits, at no difference in price.
