Joining the community is free and commits you to nothing: leave your name, your email and the field you care about, and you'll get new cohort dates and member pricing. Fees are paid when you reserve a seat on a specific course, not before. Until online registration opens on the site, you join by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email and we add you ourselves.

Every cohort has its own WhatsApp group with the trainees and the course trainer in it. Your invitation arrives as soon as your booking is confirmed, and that is where questions get asked between sessions and where materials and reminders are posted. It doesn't close when you graduate: you stay a member after the course ends. That is the difference between us and buying a recorded course that leaves you on your own afterwards.

Yes. The academy serves trainees across the Arab world and Africa, and most of our programmes run online, with no travel and no visa needed. Live session times are announced in Riyadh time, so work out the difference where you are before booking. Fees are in Saudi riyals.

Every course states its level on its own page — beginner, intermediate or advanced — along with its hours and what you'll walk away able to do. If you're torn between two levels, message us describing your background and your current job and we'll point you to the right one; we won't sell you a level above what you need. And if you start and the level turns out to be wrong, we move you to the track that fits, at no difference in price.

Most of our developmental courses ask for nothing but willingness and commitment. For courses that prepare you for an international professional certificate, the conditions are not ours but the awarding body's — for PMP, for instance, the awarding body requires documented years of project management experience and a set number of accredited training hours before you may sit the exam. Any requirement of that kind is stated plainly on the course page, before you pay rather than after.

Our main language of instruction is Arabic, keeping technical terms in English as the job market uses them, and some references and materials are in English by nature. Foreign language courses are the obvious exception: they are taught in the language you are learning. Each course page states its language.

Online by default, through live sessions over the internet — which is how we can serve trainees from the Gulf to West Africa at the same price. On-site and blended programmes are arranged for employers and groups. The format is written on each course page. You don't need special equipment: a computer or a phone and a steady internet connection are enough.

Our programmes are built on live sessions with the trainer, because the value of a cohort is in asking and answering, not in watching. Where a course also provides a recording or written material, its page says so. If you miss a session, say so in the group: the trainer will tell you what you missed and your questions get answered there. Nobody is left behind the cohort.

The academy issues a certificate of completion in your name, carrying the course title, its hours, the issue date, a serial number and a verification code, delivered as a PDF ready to print and share. It is issued once your booking is confirmed and paid, you have completed all the course lessons, and — if the course has an assessment — you have passed it. We charge no issuing fee for it.

We keep two things apart. The first is a certificate of completion issued by Asmaa Academy in its own name, recording that you finished a defined programme of a defined length. The second is an international professional certificate such as PMP or IFRS — that one does not come from us, or from any training centre. It comes from the awarding body, after its own exam and its own fees, and our role is to prepare you to pass it. Any formal accreditation we hold, Saudi or international, will be named on the course page along with its reference — and we will not use the word "accredited" to imply something we don't have.

Every certificate carries a serial number and a unique verification code, and there is a public verification page on our site where an employer enters the code and confirms for themselves that the certificate came from us. That page shows the name, the course and the issue date only — never your email, your phone or anything else.

We are currently setting up online payment from the course page, through a licensed Saudi gateway supporting mada, Apple Pay and international credit cards. Until that goes live, reserve your seat by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll agree the arrangement with you. Either way, your card details never pass through our site and we never store them — they go straight to the payment gateway.

The price on the course page is what you pay: it covers the material, the follow-up and the certificate, and nothing is added at checkout. We do not offer instalments. We do offer real discounts for groups and for employers, and discount codes released with some campaigns. If your employer is covering the fee, message us before booking and we'll arrange it with you.

Before the cohort starts you can cancel and be refunded under the refund policy published in our terms and conditions. After it starts, if the problem is the level or the timing, our answer is to move you to the cohort or track that fits, at no difference in price — not to shut the door on you. Message us and we'll find the way through.

Today the site collects nothing from you — there is no registration form on it yet. When there is, we'll ask only for what a booking needs: name, email, mobile and country, so we can issue your certificate, add you to your cohort's group and send you what you asked for. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers. And if you reached us through a campaign link, the campaign code is stored in a cookie on your device for 30 days so we know where you came from — nothing more.
