About this programme
Building Information Modelling is not a piece of software but a way of working, and a growing number of major Saudi projects require it. Knowing Revit means knowing a tool; knowing BIM means knowing how teams agree on one model, who owns which part of it, and when.
The programme covers BIM maturity levels and Level of Development, and what each means in practice at each stage; then employer information requirements and the BIM execution plan, which is the document projects are actually run on. Then the common data environment and cross-discipline workflow, and clash detection and coordination before site rather than on it. Finally the model's uses after design: quantities, 4D scheduling and handover to operations.
It suits anyone working on a project that mandates BIM, a BIM coordinator or manager, and a project manager who wants to understand what they are asking their teams for and why.
It is most useful to someone with a modelling or design background. The academy issues a certificate of completion stating the hours.

How do I join the community?
Joining is free: leave your details and you'll get cohort dates and member pricing. You only pay when you reserve a seat on a course, and that's when your cohort's WhatsApp invite arrives.
Is the certificate accredited and recognised?
The academy issues a certificate of completion for every course, with a serial number and a public verification code any employer can check on our site. Courses that prepare you for an international certificate such as PMP say explicitly that the accreditation comes from the awarding body, not from us.
Which payment methods can I use?
mada, Apple Pay and international credit cards, through a licensed gateway that never stores your card details. Online payment is still being prepared; until it is live we hold your seat over WhatsApp. The published price is what you pay — no certificate issuing fee and nothing appearing later.
What if the course isn't right for me?
You can have a full refund before the cohort starts, under the refund policy in the terms. And if you start and find the level wrong, we move you to the cohort or track that fits, at no difference in price.
