About this programme
Most people who use a computer daily learned by trial, so gaps remain that cost them time every week without their noticing. This programme closes those gaps in the order they are actually used.
It covers operating system basics and file organisation — the biggest time-saver and the most neglected — then word processing with formatting that stays put, spreadsheets with the most-used formulas, functions and pivot tables, then presentations, email and calendar, and working in the cloud with sharing and backup. A portion is given to personal digital security: passwords, two-step verification and phishing.
It suits anyone in an administrative, customer service or accounting role who wants to be fluent in the tools they use every day, and anyone returning to work after a break.
The academy issues a certificate of completion stating the hours.

How do I join the community?
Joining is free: leave your details and you'll get cohort dates and member pricing. You only pay when you reserve a seat on a course, and that's when your cohort's WhatsApp invite arrives.
Is the certificate accredited and recognised?
The academy issues a certificate of completion for every course, with a serial number and a public verification code any employer can check on our site. Courses that prepare you for an international certificate such as PMP say explicitly that the accreditation comes from the awarding body, not from us.
Which payment methods can I use?
mada, Apple Pay and international credit cards, through a licensed gateway that never stores your card details. Online payment is still being prepared; until it is live we hold your seat over WhatsApp. The published price is what you pay — no certificate issuing fee and nothing appearing later.
What if the course isn't right for me?
You can have a full refund before the cohort starts, under the refund policy in the terms. And if you start and find the level wrong, we move you to the cohort or track that fits, at no difference in price.
