About this programme
Most dashboards measure what is easy to measure rather than what matters. The result is green numbers and an organisation that does not improve. This programme addresses that at the root: how an indicator is derived from an objective, not how the chart is drawn.
It covers the distinction between lagging and leading indicators — the first tells you what happened, the second lets you intervene — and writing an indicator with a measurable definition, a known data source and a named owner. Then the balanced scorecard and linking indicators to strategic objectives, and finally what corrupts any measurement system: the indicator that becomes a target in itself and starts being gamed.
It suits anyone in strategic planning or performance development, a manager asked for a monthly report who does not know what belongs in it, and anyone building a dashboard for the first time.
The academy issues a certificate of completion stating the hours.

How do I join the community?
Joining is free: leave your details and you'll get cohort dates and member pricing. You only pay when you reserve a seat on a course, and that's when your cohort's WhatsApp invite arrives.
Is the certificate accredited and recognised?
The academy issues a certificate of completion for every course, with a serial number and a public verification code any employer can check on our site. Courses that prepare you for an international certificate such as PMP say explicitly that the accreditation comes from the awarding body, not from us.
Which payment methods can I use?
mada, Apple Pay and international credit cards, through a licensed gateway that never stores your card details. Online payment is still being prepared; until it is live we hold your seat over WhatsApp. The published price is what you pay — no certificate issuing fee and nothing appearing later.
What if the course isn't right for me?
You can have a full refund before the cohort starts, under the refund policy in the terms. And if you start and find the level wrong, we move you to the cohort or track that fits, at no difference in price.
