About this programme
The role people are most often moved into without training is leading their former peers. This programme is aimed at exactly that moment: the shift from doing the work yourself to getting it done through others — a shift where the skill that earned you the promotion stops helping.
It covers leadership styles and when each one fits, since what works with a new team does not work with an experienced one; then real delegation rather than nominal delegation; performance management through continuous conversation instead of an annual review; and the hard conversations — weak performance, a dispute between two people, a decision that pleases nobody. A portion is given to building trust, the condition without which none of the other tools work.
It suits a new supervisor or team lead, someone expected to be promoted soon, and an experienced manager leading a remote team for the first time.
The academy issues a certificate of completion stating the hours. It is a training and attendance certificate, not an international professional credential.

How do I join the community?
Joining is free: leave your details and you'll get cohort dates and member pricing. You only pay when you reserve a seat on a course, and that's when your cohort's WhatsApp invite arrives.
Is the certificate accredited and recognised?
The academy issues a certificate of completion for every course, with a serial number and a public verification code any employer can check on our site. Courses that prepare you for an international certificate such as PMP say explicitly that the accreditation comes from the awarding body, not from us.
Which payment methods can I use?
mada, Apple Pay and international credit cards, through a licensed gateway that never stores your card details. Online payment is still being prepared; until it is live we hold your seat over WhatsApp. The published price is what you pay — no certificate issuing fee and nothing appearing later.
What if the course isn't right for me?
You can have a full refund before the cohort starts, under the refund policy in the terms. And if you start and find the level wrong, we move you to the cohort or track that fits, at no difference in price.
