What you end up with
The professional certificate is issued by the international awarding body once you pass its examination, and the examination fee is paid to them directly — it is not part of the programme fee. What we provide is the full preparation and an attendance certificate stating the hours.

About this programme
A project office is either the thing that makes delivery faster, or an extra layer of reporting everyone routes around. The difference is design, not intent. P3O is about that design: which office model fits this organisation, what functions it actually performs, and how its worth is measured.
The programme covers the three office models — portfolio, programme and project — and when an office should be permanent versus temporary to one programme. Then the functions: governance, benefits management, capacity and resource planning, delivery standards, and centre of excellence. It spends real time on the question that decides any office's fate: how you demonstrate its value to whoever funds it.
It suits anyone running a project office or asked to establish one, a portfolio or programme manager, and anyone working in a vision-realisation or transformation office in government or a large company.
This programme carries no documented-experience requirement for its examination, which is one reason we recommend it to people building a management track who have not yet accumulated the years other credentials demand.

How do I join the community?
Joining is free: leave your details and you'll get cohort dates and member pricing. You only pay when you reserve a seat on a course, and that's when your cohort's WhatsApp invite arrives.
Is the certificate accredited and recognised?
The academy issues a certificate of completion for every course, with a serial number and a public verification code any employer can check on our site. Courses that prepare you for an international certificate such as PMP say explicitly that the accreditation comes from the awarding body, not from us.
Which payment methods can I use?
mada, Apple Pay and international credit cards, through a licensed gateway that never stores your card details. Online payment is still being prepared; until it is live we hold your seat over WhatsApp. The published price is what you pay — no certificate issuing fee and nothing appearing later.
What if the course isn't right for me?
You can have a full refund before the cohort starts, under the refund policy in the terms. And if you start and find the level wrong, we move you to the cohort or track that fits, at no difference in price.
