- People working in Health and those planning to move into it. No prior background is required unless the awarding body requires one, and we tell you before you book.
- How it runs
- 16 training hours delivered online in live sessions, with your cohort group on WhatsApp for follow-up and questions between sessions.

- We open cohorts through the year as they fill. Message us and we will tell you the nearest date and hold your seat.
About this programme
Occupational health and safety is not posters on walls. It is a system that lowers the probability of injury, measured by what did not happen — which is what makes it the first thing cut from a budget and the last thing bought after an incident.
The programme covers systematic hazard identification and risk assessment, and the hierarchy of control: elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative controls, then personal protective equipment — in that order, because starting at the last one is the most common error. Then incident and near-miss investigation with root cause analysis, permits to work, emergency preparedness and evacuation, and safety culture: why people do not report, and how that changes.
It suits a safety supervisor, the manager of a site, plant or facility, and anyone given the safety file on top of their own job.
The academy issues a certificate of completion stating the hours. It is not a substitute for the specialist certifications some contracts require.

How do I join the community?
Joining is free: leave your details and you'll get cohort dates and member pricing. You only pay when you reserve a seat on a course, and that's when your cohort's WhatsApp invite arrives.
Is the certificate accredited and recognised?
The academy issues a certificate of completion for every course, with a serial number and a public verification code any employer can check on our site. Courses that prepare you for an international certificate such as PMP say explicitly that the accreditation comes from the awarding body, not from us.
Which payment methods can I use?
mada, Apple Pay and international credit cards, through a licensed gateway that never stores your card details. Online payment is still being prepared; until it is live we hold your seat over WhatsApp. The published price is what you pay — no certificate issuing fee and nothing appearing later.
What if the course isn't right for me?
You can have a full refund before the cohort starts, under the refund policy in the terms. And if you start and find the level wrong, we move you to the cohort or track that fits, at no difference in price.
